Help Understanding your results
Your PDF report
Create a saved report of your measured results, then follow its links from a finding to the supporting answers and proposed work.
What the current report contains
The report opens with a summary and a reading guide. It then compares categories, explains selected findings with their supporting questions, separates questions that name a company, lists cited sources, summarises the site and its content, and proposes actions. Methodology and limits appear at the end. The page count depends on available evidence and text length; use the PDF’s bookmarks and internal links rather than fixed page numbers.
The report is a snapshot, not a live dashboard or a trend. Older downloads can have a different slide-based format. The guides below describe newly generated reports; generating again does not rewrite a historical PDF.
Generate or download a report
- Select the company and brand, then open Overview.
- Click Download PDF. A completed measurement is required. If a matching report is ready, open it.
- Wait while Generating report… is displayed. Waiting for scan to finish… means an active scan must finish first.
- Open the ready download. If generation fails, use Retry. Contact support if it fails repeatedly.
The app checks the measurement set, analytics markup, business-context revisions, report format, account variant and requested language when deciding whether to reuse a report. A context change can make a new report available even without another scan. Completing a recommendation alone does not guarantee regeneration. The saved file remains unchanged.
The report language follows the interface language requested for generation. A ready report in another language can still be downloaded; the app also offers generation in the current language. Answer excerpts retain the measured answer’s language.
Find an earlier report
Open Report history for the ten most recent completed reports for the brand. Check the generation time, measurement dates and language. The Overview preview uses current data and can differ from a saved PDF.
Read the report in order
- Summary and reading guide: the main finding, navigation and the meaning of the evidence.
- Categories, findings and answers: category comparisons, excerpts and individual samples.
- Sources and competitors: what was cited and how competitor comparisons are scoped.
- Site analysis: technical scores and content coverage.
- Proposed actions: the recommended next work and where to continue.
- Context, scope and limitations: the measurement basis and the context to check in the app.
A section with no applicable data can be absent. A rendering failure fails the report generation; it does not intentionally deliver a partially rendered PDF. If expected evidence is missing, compare the selected brand and measurement dates with the app before contacting support.
