Start with an initial audit. Implementation, website work and ongoing marketing are scoped separately.

Two paths to your agency

Employers

  1. Discovery Find a specialist
  2. Trust See your hiring expertise
  3. Enquiry Discuss a hiring brief

Candidates

  1. Discovery Explore career options
  2. Trust Understand your support
  3. Enquiry Book a career conversation

Start with the audience your business needs most.

For recruitment agencies, staffing firms, executive search and RPO teams.

One agency. Two different decisions.

An employer choosing a recruiting partner and a candidate considering a career move need different evidence. Give each a clear route through your website.

Win attention from employers

Help prospective clients understand which roles, sectors and markets your team knows, and how an engagement works.

Example discovery question

Which recruitment agencies specialise in cybersecurity hiring for fintech companies?

What to work on

  • Service pages for your priority sectors, roles and markets.
  • Relevant hiring experience, client evidence and a clear recruitment process.
  • A direct route to discuss a hiring brief with your team.

What to measure

Qualified employer enquiries, discovery calls and new recruitment assignments.

Reach candidates who fit your focus

Show the people you support what opportunities and guidance they can expect, in the locations and professions you serve.

Example discovery question

Which agencies help engineers move into manufacturing roles in my region?

What to work on

  • Career pages with clear role, location and eligibility information.
  • Consultant expertise, candidate support and an understandable application process.
  • An easy next step to register interest or arrange a career conversation.

What to measure

Relevant registrations and career conversations, qualified by your recruiting team.

Turn visibility gaps into marketing work.

Connect what you learn about discovery to the pages, evidence and campaigns your team needs to improve.

  1. Set your business priority

Record your services, specialisms, markets and audience. Start with employer acquisition, candidate acquisition or a defined plan for both.

  2. Establish a baseline

Review your website and check relevant AI questions. See where your brand appears, which competitors are mentioned and which sources are cited. Connect Search Console and GA4 for search and traffic context.

  3. Plan and assign the work

Use recommendations to shape campaigns, briefs and tasks: clarify a service page, add missing evidence or improve the route to an enquiry. Your team or an agreed delivery partner carries out the work.

  4. Review what changed

Compare repeat measurements for the same questions and market. Review enquiries alongside visibility; use your ATS or CRM to assess fit and business outcomes.

Help your team build the capability to keep improving.

For for Startups, we provided a Webflow learning curriculum and mentoring to help its design team build and publish STARTUPS JOURNAL, a media website about the startup ecosystem.

This project demonstrates website training and delivery support. It does not measure recruitment results from the Supasaito platform.

Questions from recruitment teams

Can we focus only on employers or only on candidates?

Yes. Start with the audience that matters most to your current business. If you work on both, define separate questions, content priorities and success criteria for each.

Do we need a new website?

No. Start by reviewing your existing site. The findings can guide changes to positioning, content and enquiry routes. A redesign or new website is a separate project if it is needed.

Does Supasaito replace our ATS or recruitment CRM?

Supasaito supports discovery and marketing work. Keep candidate records, screening, hiring stages and placements in your ATS or CRM. Any integration with those systems needs an agreed implementation scope.

Can we work across languages and markets?

Define the markets and languages you want to measure, then choose questions and content for each audience. English and Japanese campaigns may need different messages and evidence. Translation and website localisation can be scoped separately.

What is included when we start for free?

The free entry point provides an initial audit to explore your starting position. Recurring measurement and usage depend on your platform plan. Implementation, website changes, training and ongoing marketing are separate services.

How do we judge whether it is working?

Review search and AI visibility alongside relevant enquiries. Your recruiting team defines what makes an employer or candidate a fit, and your ATS or CRM records later outcomes. Visibility scores alone do not establish lead quality or prove revenue impact; enquiries and placements are not guaranteed.
