How Supasaito brings you more leads

Built for marketers of complex B2B products. Supasaito makes marketing more effective by working from your business context, data and analytics — and by coordinating your team and connected AI agents in one workflow.

Diagram of the Supasaito platform. 01 Business context: documents about your company, products, customers, market and competitors, plus your sales funnels, channels and brand voice. It defines the customer questions measured by analytics, informs recommendations and gives every task brief its full context. 02 Analytics: a website audit with pages and traffic, Google search with keywords and weekly rankings, and AI visibility — how ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode answer customer questions, with mentions, competitors and sources. 03 Recommendations combine context, data and Supasaito’s playbook into technical, content and data improvements; your team chooses what to act on. 04 Campaigns and tasks: your team and connected AI agents carry out the work in parallel, with your rules for who does it and who approves it. 05 Results in your market: published content and website improvements help your business appear in AI answers, search and other channels. This work supports more and better-fit leads, and your sales team turns them into customers. Results, new data and learnings flow back into the platform. Supasaito experts support every step: implementation, process setup, team training, or running it for you.

01Business context

Everything about your business, in one place.

Supasaito drafts it from your website and market research — company and products, customers and proof, market and competitors, sales funnels and channels. Review the initial draft and keep it up to date as your business changes. Analyses, recommendations and tasks use this shared context.

  • No more re-briefing

People and agents start every task with the facts, tone and sales funnel already in the brief.

  • Content that sounds like you

Approved claims, brand voice and source rules keep the work accurate and consistent in every channel.

  • Sharper analytics

Customer questions, competitors and priorities come from your real market, not generic keywords.

Versioned documents that your team and agents keep up to date.

02Analytics · Website

Your website, audited page by page.

Supasaito checks every page the way search engines and AI assistants read it, scores it, and puts the result next to your real traffic — so you know what to fix first and can see whether it worked.

  • SSPS for every page

The SupaSaito Page Score (0–100) shows how ready a page is for AI to find, read and cite. It combines 100+ checks — AI bot access, indexing, canonicals, structure, structured data and entity signals, social cards — with weekly refreshes on paid plans.

  • SSPS+ and PERF from a deep audit

On demand, a deep audit renders the page like an AI agent: what bots without JavaScript actually see, Core Web Vitals from our own Lighthouse run (PERF), and how easily an LLM can extract the content.

  • Traffic & results

Connect Google Search Console and GA4 to see, per page, AI citations, visits — including from ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini — key events, indexing, impressions and clicks.

  • Google search, week by week

Keywords with demand levels and Search Console queries and pages — plus, on paid plans, weekly Google rankings with AI Overview citations and daily checks of your important pages.

  • Fixes, not just flags

Every issue becomes a technical recommendation with the affected pages, ready for your team, our specialists or any AI agent.

02Analytics · AI visibility

See how AI answers questions about your business.

Supasaito asks ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode questions relevant to your potential customers — several times, because answers vary — and breaks every answer down: whether you are mentioned, in what position and tone, next to which competitors, and which sources the AI relied on.

Recommendation: what to fix & how

Fixes for your site & articles, where to publish, and format.

Potential customers ask AI. AI researches sources — your site, competitors, media — and answers. Supasaito analyzes those answers and shows what to change.
  • Your potential customers’ questions

Prompts built from your business context and market research, grouped by category and buying stage; add or edit your own at any time. The Categories page shows each category’s visibility, leader and your gap to it.

  • Several samples per AI model

AI answers vary from run to run. Each prompt is asked several times per scan and the results are averaged — every individual answer stays open for review.

  • Mentions, position and sentiment

Your brand, competitors and positive or negative phrases are highlighted in the original answer, so every number comes with its evidence.

  • Recognized brand spellings

Configured aliases and their normalized variants are matched to the same brand. When AI uses a new spelling, review the suggestion and add it if appropriate.

  • Competitors and sources in every answer

See which competitors appear next to you and in what position, and which domains and pages AI cites. The next chapter goes deeper into competitors.

  • Ads in ChatGPT answers

When ChatGPT shows ads below an answer, Supasaito records them as ads, never as mentions, and shows the advertisers and the prompts where competitors advertise. Any advertiser can be added to your competitors.

02Analytics · Competitors

Know your market and every competitor in it.

Supasaito tracks which brands ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode name in your market and how that changes scan after scan. Analyze each competitor in depth — share of answers by category, AI model and buying stage, the pages of its website that AI cites, and the sources that mention it but not you — and turn every gap into a recommendation.

  • Who you really compete with

Candidates come from AI answers, market research and the Google results for the queries you track in Rankings. New names appear as possible competitors: track them, merge them into your brand or dismiss them.

  • Competitive field by category

Share of answers for you and each competitor, overall and by category, scan over scan — so you see who is gaining before it shows in your sales pipeline.

  • Head-to-head comparison

Open any competitor to compare it with you by category, AI model and buying stage, down to the prompts and answers where it is named instead of you.

  • Their website and their sources

Competitor analysis crawls a competitor’s website, sorts its pages by type and matches them with AI citations. Source analysis lists the sites that cite the competitor but not you.

  • Competitors in Google search

For the queries you track in Rankings, see how often a competitor appears in the same Google results, where it ranks above you and whether the AI Overview cites it.

  • From gap to action

Every gap becomes a recommendation with its evidence, and content briefs use a profile of the competitor’s products, prices and cases.

03Recommendations

Clear next steps, not just reports.

Supasaito reads your context and analytics through our marketing playbook and tells you what to fix or improve next: what the problem is, why it matters and how to act. Your team decides what to do.

  • Data

Fill the gaps in your business context: missing facts, outdated details, unclear sources.

  • Technical

Fix website issues that slow visitors down or keep AI from reading your pages.

  • Content

Topics and placements for the questions potential customers ask and the sources AI relies on.

  • Built from your context, your data and Supasaito’s expertise
  • Refreshed with every new audit, AI scan and Google search check
  • Content recommendations can become campaigns for your team and agents

04Campaigns & tasks

Your team and AI agents, working as one.

Campaigns and tasks turn priorities into finished work. People and AI agents share one workflow and the full context of your business — and you decide who does each step, who approves it and what gets published.

  • Campaigns, from idea to results

Every campaign moves through the same steps — idea, preparation, gathering materials, creating and publishing content, collecting results — with an approval between them. Start from a recommendation or your own idea.

  • A publication calendar across channels

Plan each publication with a date and optional time in your company’s time zone. See all campaigns by month, week by channel or list. Publication tasks open when their planned time arrives; a calendar entry does not publish the content.

  • Who does each step

For every step, choose who can do the work: people only, people or agents, or agents only. Agents pick up their tasks through MCP.

  • Who decides each transition

Every approval — the plan, the materials, the content, the results — has its own reviewer: people, agents, or no review. You can require the reviewer to differ from the author.

  • Full context, full history

Each task comes with a brief assembled from your business context. Every pickup, submission, return and approval is logged with its author, and every document keeps its versions.

  • Your connected agents, working in parallel

Run many agents at once — researching, drafting, adapting and publishing. Connect your own agents, such as Claude or ChatGPT, through MCP.

04Campaigns · Your AI agents

Your own AI agents, on your team.

Connect the agents you already use — Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or your own — through MCP. Give each one a name, a face and a colour, choose what it may read and change, and let it take campaign tasks under the same rules and approvals as your team.

  • Connect any MCP agent

Hosted assistants sign in with OAuth; other clients and your own agents use an access token. Setup takes minutes.

  • A name, a face and a colour

An agent token gives each agent its own identity, shown on every task, review and history entry — so you always see which agent did what.

  • Works from your data

Agents read AI visibility, competitors, the site audit, keywords and Google rankings, recommendations and your business context — the same data you see in the dashboard.

  • Follows your process

Agents take only the campaign steps you allow and cannot skip an approval you have switched on.

  • Scoped and revocable

Each connection is limited to the companies, brands and actions you choose, and can be revoked at any time.

05Results

Seen in more places. Chosen by more customers.

The work shows up where potential customers look: content published across your channels, a clearer website, and business information AI can rely on. That is how more potential customers — and better-matched ones — reach your sales team.

  • Publications in your channels

Save each placement’s content, link and measurement results. Your team or agents gather channel-specific evidence from the available sources.

  • A website that converts

Technical fixes and clearer pages help visitors understand the offer and get in touch.

  • Context that stays current

Facts, cases and sources stay up to date — for your team, your agents and AI answers.

  • More leads, better leads

More potential customers enter your sales funnels, better informed and better matched. Your sales team takes it from there.

Every result feeds the next round

New audits and AI scans show what changed. Your team and agents use recorded campaign results and review feedback to improve the next brief. Observed citation outcomes also inform recommendations.

Results depend on your market, your offer and the work carried out. Supasaito makes customer acquisition systematic and measurable; it does not promise a specific number.

FAQ

Questions about the platform

Do we need to rebuild our website?

No. Supasaito works on top of your current website, whatever it is built with. It analyzes the site and recommends changes; your team, your agents or our specialists make them.

What do the AI agents actually do?

They take on tasks: research, drafts, adaptations for each channel, revisions and publishing where they have access. Every task comes with a brief built from your business context, and your rules decide what needs a person’s approval.

Can we use our own AI tools?

Yes. On any plan, including Free, you can connect Claude, ChatGPT or other MCP-compatible agents. They work with the same context, tasks and rules as everyone else. How MCP connections work.

Who controls what gets published?

You do. For each step you choose who can do the work and who reviews it — a person, an agent, or no review. Every action is logged and every document keeps its versions.

What is included for free?

A free account includes your initial website audit and your first AI visibility results to explore in the workspace. The owner can edit within Free limits and invite two Viewers. MCP is included within plan quotas and permissions; recurring measurements require a paid plan. For a one-time fee and without a subscription, the extended audit measures 75 prompts in 5 categories on ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, tracks 10 competitors and analyzes 3 competitor websites.

Which AI models do you measure?

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode.

How does Supasaito analyze competitors?

It tracks the brands AI names in your market and compares each competitor with you by category, AI model and buying stage. Competitor analysis also crawls a competitor’s website and shows which of its pages and which outside sources AI cites. For the queries you track in Google rankings, it shows where a competitor appears above you. The gaps become recommendations.

Do you guarantee more leads?

No one can honestly guarantee a number. Supasaito makes customer acquisition systematic and measurable, so you can see what changed and decide what to do next.

Can you do the work for us?

Yes. Our specialists can set up the platform, train your team, or run marketing on the platform for you. These services are scoped separately.
