How the SEO module works
From Google data to the next task
Search Console shows what Google already sends you, the keyword list says what buyers search for, the weekly rank check shows who is above you and what the AI Overview cites. Supasaito reads them together with the site audit and AI visibility, so a search problem becomes one recommendation with its evidence.

01SEO overview
What Google search brought in, and what changed
One screen for Google Search: clicks split into branded and non-branded, a weekly chart with Google updates, important page changes and completed recommendations marked on it, and the search recommendations to work on next.
Branded and non-branded clicks
Non-branded clicks show how new buyers find you; branded clicks show demand you already have. Compare 7, 28 or 90 days with the previous period.
Google updates on the chart
Updates from Google’s official status dashboard appear on the timeline, with non-branded clicks and impressions 14 days before and after.
What to do next
Recommendations from search sit next to the chart, so the overview ends with work rather than a number.
The chart covers Google Search only, not all site traffic. A change next to a Google update is a coincidence in time, not proof of cause — the overview says so.
02Queries and pages
Search Console queries and pages, with the reason behind each change
Every query and page from Search Console with clicks, impressions, CTR and average position, compared with the previous period. A period summary shows whether impressions or click rate moved the result, and each row ends with a conclusion: data, technical or content.
Branded or not
Queries are split into branded and non-branded automatically; you can mark any query as branded by hand.
Query history and pages shown
Open a query to see its history and which of your pages Google showed for it.
Export CSV
Any filtered view exports as a CSV file. The first import reaches back 16 months.
03Keywords
The queries your buyers use, with demand, intent and your page
Build the list of queries that matter: add them by hand or from a CSV file, take suggestions from Search Console and market research, or research a topic. Each query shows its demand level and where that level comes from, its intent and the page on your site that answers it.
Find queries on a topic
A research run collects ideas from Google results, your Search Console queries and the market research, and checks up to 50 of them against Google results. Undo the whole run in one step.
Demand with its source
Demand is a level — high, medium, low or no data — taken from Search Console (28 days), Google results or a model estimate, and the source is always shown.
Intent and site page
Each query is classed as learn, compare, choose, buy or contact, or brand, and matched to your page. A missing or wrong page becomes a content conclusion.
Supasaito does not show search volumes or keyword difficulty scores: demand is a level with its source, and “no data” is not “low”.
04Rankings and AI Overviews
Where you rank in Google, and what the AI Overview cites
Supasaito checks Google results for your important queries every week on your scan day, to a depth of 20, on desktop or mobile. Each query shows your page and position, the change since the last check and the results features: whether an AI Overview appears and whom it cites, ads and People also ask.
Weekly, on your scan day
Rankings follow the same weekly rhythm as AI visibility; “Check now” runs an extra check and uses one manual check per query.
AI Overview citations
See whether Google’s AI Overview cites you, a competitor or neither for each query — the search side of AI visibility.
By domain
Switch to domains to see who shares your results, their best position, how often they are above you and whether they are in Competitors.
05Competitors in search
Who is above you in Google, and on which queries
The competitors table gains two search columns: how much a competitor overlaps with you in Google results and how often it ranks above you. Each competitor has an SEO tab with the queries where it appears and the topics where it ranks and you don’t.
Overlap in search
How many of your tracked queries a competitor also ranks for — and how many of those it ranks above you.
Cited by the AI Overview
The SEO tab shows where the AI Overview cites the competitor, next to its position and yours.
Topics where you are missing
Topics where the competitor is in the results and you are not can be added to Keywords in one click.
06Monitoring of important pages
Know the same day when an important page stops working
Supasaito checks your important pages once a day at the time you choose: server response and time, redirects, noindex, X-Robots-Tag, robots.txt and canonical. A problem is checked again after 60 seconds and reported only if it repeats, by email to the people you choose.
Pages picked for you
The home page, pricing, lead forms, pages with conversions and pages of open recommendations are listed automatically; add any other page by hand.
One email, not a flood
One email when a problem is confirmed, no repeats until it is fixed, and one when the page recovers.
A recommendation per problem
Each confirmed problem opens a technical recommendation “Fix the monitored page”, which closes by itself after a passing check.
07Search recommendations
Search problems become recommendations with their evidence
When Search Console and the rank check show a page losing clicks, a query landing on the wrong page or a buyer query with no page, Supasaito opens a search recommendation with the figures behind it. They join the same recommendations and tasks as AI visibility and the site audit.
Evidence, not guesses
Each recommendation carries an evidence table with Search Console figures and their sources. Signals with too little or stale data are skipped, and the reason is shown.
Careful during Google updates
At most five new search recommendations at a time, and conclusions about a decline wait while a Google update is still rolling out.
Result after completion
After a recommendation is done, Supasaito compares the 28 days before and after — an observation, not proof that the work caused the change.
Work for people and agents
Recommendations become tasks for your team or AI agents; agents can also read keywords and rankings and add queries over MCP.
The module follows the playbook’s limits on purpose: no third-party search volumes presented as fact, no keyword difficulty, no backlink or domain-rating targets, no pages made only because a competitor ranks, and no promise of higher rankings.
FAQ
SEO in Supasaito: common questions
- Do I need Google Search Console?
- For the SEO overview and Queries and pages, yes: they show Search Console data. Keywords, Rankings and Monitoring work without it; without Search Console, Keywords has no Search Console suggestions or impressions.
- What does the free plan include?
- A one-time Search Console snapshot that is not updated, up to 50 keywords added by hand or from Search Console, and an example of Rankings. Rankings, topic research and Monitoring start on Starter; see platform pricing for the limits of each plan.
- Does Supasaito show search volume?
- No. Demand is a level — high, medium, low or no data — with its source: Search Console for 28 days, Google results or a model estimate. Supasaito does not present third-party volumes as fact.
- How often are rankings checked?
- Once a week on your scan day, in Google, to a depth of 20, for one device per brand (desktop or mobile). “Check now” runs an extra check and uses one manual check per query from your monthly allowance.
- Does Supasaito track backlinks or keyword difficulty?
- No. The SEO module works from Search Console, Google results and your site. It does not have a backlink index, domain rating or keyword difficulty score.
- Will this improve my rankings?
- Supasaito shows where search performance changes and what to fix, with the evidence. It cannot promise a ranking or traffic gain; the result after each recommendation is an observation, not proof of cause.
