Three ways to start

Start with a free audit — it tells you which of the two below you actually need. Some sites need the foundation rebuilt first; others are sound enough to go straight to monthly growth work.

The prices below are a starting point, not a final quote. What you pay depends on scope and goals — we give you a firm estimate after a free consultation.

Foundation project

From ¥1,000,000 one-time

The groundwork your growth runs on. Usually a migration, sometimes a new site — and sometimes a rebuild on the platform you already use, done properly so it can actually be optimized.

  • A migration, a new build, or a rebuild on your current platform
  • Structure, speed and content model rebuilt so growth work has something to stand on
  • Built for your team to update without a developer
  • You own the result — fixed scope, firm quote, no lock-in

Monthly retainer

From ¥300,000 per month

Continuous optimization on a feedback loop — measure, improve, measure again — pointed at one outcome: more qualified leads from the traffic you already have.

  • A measure, improve, measure-again loop run every month
  • Changes chosen from your analytics, not from opinion
  • Aimed at one number: qualified leads, not just traffic
  • Monthly reporting against the targets we agree up front

What our clients say

We appreciate regular support via chat and online call, and the excellent communication and responsiveness. Thank you very much.

We appreciate their continious support and careful attention to small details. In the future, we will continue to enhance our website as our company expands, and we look forward to working with you even further.

Issei Kusano Toppan Global Ventures Partners, Inc Issei Kusano

I feel grateful that they do not only flexibly help to build the website and do fixes, but also understand about our business model and marketing. I would say that Supasaito is not a typical "development agency", but a technology partner working together to grow our business. Thank you!

How we work

How your website becomes a sales channel.

The audit shows you what your site actually needs. These three steps are the usual shape of the work — but which of them you take on, and how far you go, is your call.

  1. Audit

We start by finding out why your website isn’t producing leads: structure, content, conversion paths, measurement, and how buyers actually find you. You get a clear diagnosis and a prioritized plan. And if your foundation turns out to be solid, we say so — and skip straight to growth.

  2. Foundation

A focused project with a defined scope: everything your site needs to become a lead-generating asset, done in a concentrated push rather than dragged out over quarters. Depending on the diagnosis, that means a rebuild, a platform migration, performance work, or restructuring pages around the problems your buyers are trying to solve.

  3. Growth

A website doesn’t generate leads because it launched — it generates leads because someone keeps working on it. On a monthly retainer, we run the loop: read the data, form a hypothesis, ship the change — new lead magnets, buyer-intent content, landing pages, email follow-up — and measure what it did. Then we run it again.

FAQ

Pricing questions, answered

Still unsure? Start with the free audit — for your specific site it answers most of these with real numbers.

Is the free website audit really free?

Yes — no fee, no contract and no obligation afterwards. You send us your URL; we send back a written review of conversion, technical health, competitive position and AI visibility, with a prioritised list of fixes. If you never come back to us, the findings are still yours to act on.

Do I need the foundation project, the monthly retainer, or both?

It depends on the state of your site, which is exactly what the audit is for. If structure, speed and the content model are holding you back, the foundation comes first — there is little point optimising a base that cannot support it. If your foundation is already sound, you can start straight on the monthly retainer. We tell you which applies; the decision is yours.

What decides the price of a foundation project?

Scope: how many pages and templates, how much custom design and animation, CMS complexity, integrations, how much content has to be migrated, and whether translation is included. The ¥1,000,000 figure is a starting point for a focused rebuild — after a short consultation you get a firm, itemised quote.

Can we stay on our current platform, or do we have to migrate?

Either. Sometimes the quickest route is moving to a platform your team can run without a developer. Sometimes the platform is fine and the real problem is the structure, speed and content sitting on top of it — in which case we rebuild on what you already use. The audit says which, and we quote accordingly.

How long does a foundation project take?

A focused rebuild is usually a few weeks; a larger site or a full migration with content is typically one to two months. It is meant to be a concentrated push rather than a project that drags across quarters, and we confirm the timeline in the proposal before any work starts.

What happens each month on the retainer — and can we stop?

Each month we read the data, agree a hypothesis, ship the change and measure what it did — landing pages, lead magnets, content, SEO or AI visibility work, depending on what the numbers say. You get a report against the targets we set up front. It runs month to month: scale it up, pause it or stop, and the site stays yours either way.

Are SEO and AI optimization one-time or ongoing?

Ongoing. Both compound over months, so both run inside the monthly retainer rather than as one-time projects. A foundation project can put the technical groundwork in place, but the work of earning rankings and AI recommendations is continuous.

What's the difference between SEO and AIO?

SEO works on how your site ranks in classic search — technical health, content and authority. AIO measures and improves how AI assistants recommend your brand, with its own KPI (share of AI recommendations) and a monthly report. They are complementary and often run together.

How much does AIO (AI search optimization) cost?

The AI Visibility Audit is free and carries no obligation. The ongoing AIO Program starts at ¥500,000 / month — above the ¥300,000 retainer floor, because it adds competitor measurement and monthly reporting on your share of AI recommendations. Your final quote depends on your industry and how many competitors you have.

Do you work in both English and Japanese?

Yes. We are a bilingual team and deliver projects, support and content in EN and JA — including localization for entering Japan or expanding abroad.

How do I pay?

Stripe (card) or bank transfer, against an invoice. Foundation projects are usually split across milestones; the monthly retainer is billed monthly.
