Assets
Organise the brand’s images so you can reuse them in campaign materials.
Assets overview
Open Assets to browse the current brand’s image library. The root contains top-level folders and files outside any folder. Open a folder to see its child folders and image tiles. Folders can be nested.
On a narrow screen, select Assets at the top of the folder tree to open the library’s root, or select a folder to open its contents. The upload controls appear in that view.
The library accepts PNG, JPEG, WebP and GIF images up to 25 MiB each. It is separate from Service message attachments, which support other file types. Owners, admins and members can change the library; viewers can browse it.
Create a folder for your images
- Open the root or the folder that should contain the new folder.
- Click New folder. Enter Name and, optionally, Description.
- Click Create. The new folder opens after creation.
Choose a name that describes the material or work it belongs to. The folder tree and child-folder cards give you two ways to navigate the same library.
Upload an image to the selected folder
Click Add asset and choose a supported image. Wait for the upload to finish and the image to appear in the selected folder. The file picker uploads one image at a time.
Identical file contents reuse the existing library entry instead of creating a duplicate. Uploading that image in a different folder moves the existing entry into the selected folder. Check the folder before uploading.
Rename, describe or move an image
Click an image tile to open its preview. Edit Name and Description. Choose its destination with Folder, or select No folder to move it to the root. Click Save.
Used in links to campaign publication texts whose current saved revision references this image. It is not a count of external pages or every historical use. Open a listed publication to inspect the reference. See Campaigns for the publication workflow.
A campaign’s asset area uses a folder in this same brand library. That folder appears when the campaign receives its number. You can reach it from the campaign or the library.
Remove an image or a folder
In an image preview, Remove removes the entry from the library. The stored file is retained. This does not delete a publication on an external website.
For a folder, open it and use the pencil control beside its description to edit its settings. You can change its name and description, then save, or use Delete folder.
Good to know Deleting a folder keeps its images and child folders. They move one level up to the deleted folder’s parent, or to the root if it had no parent.
