Sound familiar?

Chosen in Japan.
Unknown abroad.

Abroad, buyers increasingly start with an AI assistant. The answer it gives is the new shortlist, and it is built from the websites, articles and reviews that already exist in that language. If you are not in that material, you are not on the shortlist.

  • You are well known in Japan, but buyers abroad have never heard of you
  • You only have a feel for which companies buyers compare locally
  • Your English site is a direct translation that does not speak to local buyers
  • You don’t know which media, directories or review sites matter there
  • Nobody in-house can run marketing in that language

We replace the guesswork with research: what buyers in that market ask, who AI recommends, and what it would take for you to be recommended too.

What we do

We get you recommended
in your new market

Everything we do works toward one result: when buyers abroad ask AI or search Google, your company is in the answer, and they get in touch.

  1. Know the market

We learn what local buyers ask and which companies AI recommends, and why, in their language.

  2. Get found

We build a local website and content made for local buyers, Google and AI.

  3. Win customers

We put you in the media, communities and AI influencer channels buyers trust, and turn their interest into inquiries.

How we do it

From the first question to your first customers abroad

Eight steps, one team. We start by learning how the market answers your buyers, then build and grow your presence there.

  1. 01Research

    01

Map the market in its own language

We define the categories you compete in and write the questions local buyers ask at every stage, in the target language.

  2. 02

    Ask every AI, many times

Each question runs on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Google AI again and again. We see every answer: who is recommended, how, and based on which sources.

  3. 03

    Take apart competitor sites

We study the sites AI recommends and find the content that earns them that visibility.

  4. 04

    Follow the sources

We look into the media, directories and communities AI cites when it talks about your competitors.

  5. 05

    Read the search data

Google demand, buyer keywords and who wins them in that market complete the picture.

  6. 02Plan

    06

    Draw the entry plan

A site plan for the market, the channels and topics to publish on, and the media to get covered in.

  7. 03Build

    07

    Build and launch the site

Structure, design and development, live on your domain and optimised for Google and AI search from day one.

  8. 04Grow

    08

    Grow, measure, improve

We publish content, track your share of search and AI answers, and improve how visits turn into enquiries.

FAQ

Questions about expanding abroad

Which markets and languages can you research?

We set a target country and the language buyers there search in, for example the United States in English or Germany in German. We confirm the markets and languages in the proposal, and you can add more later.

Do we need an overseas website before we start?

No. The research is most useful before you build anything: it shows who AI recommends and what your site will need to compete. If you already have a site, we include it in the analysis.

Can you guarantee that AI will recommend us?

No one can. We show where you stand today, what competitors do differently and what we change, then measure the same questions again to see what moved.

Is the content machine translated?

AI can help with drafts, but every page is written or reviewed by people who use the language every day. We adapt the message, examples and terms to the market rather than translating word for word.

Can we track Japan and the new market at the same time?

Yes. Each market and language is measured separately on the platform, with a separate brand on Enterprise or a separate workspace, so the results don’t mix.

How is the work priced?

The research and each part of the rollout, such as the website, localisation or ongoing marketing, are quoted for an agreed scope. Platform subscriptions are priced separately.
