History & Access

See what your team changed, and control which connected AI clients can reach this company.

History & Access overview

Two tabs share this screen, and both are restricted to Owners and Admins. Everyone else sees a note explaining that rather than an empty page.

History is the audit log of deliberate changes. Access is the list of AI clients and agents that can currently reach this company’s data.

How to read the activity history

The log records manual changes your team made — automated background activity is deliberately left out, so the list stays readable.

What appears: prompts created, edited, recategorised or deleted; brands added, updated or removed; competitors added and removed; topics created, renamed and deleted; manual scans; changes to account settings, schedule, team membership and roles; recommendation status changes and publications; report requests.

Each entry names who did it and what changed, often with the before and after values. Filter with Show to narrow by category — prompts, brands, competitors, manual scans, or account and settings.

Good to know The history covers the last 30 days. For anything older, contact support — it isn’t gone, it’s outside this view.

How to review and revoke agent access

The Access tab lists the credentials that reach this company through the MCP connection, member by member: whether each is a token or a connected app, whether it’s read-only or read and write, whether it can delete, and when it last made a call.

Revoke access cuts a credential’s access to this company without touching the member’s token itself or their access to other companies. Restore access puts it back.

Use it when someone connects a client you didn’t expect, or when a laptop goes missing and you want the blast radius closed before the token itself is sorted out.

In History & Access, company Owners and Admins can block one PAT, one OAuth app, or all current and future MCP connections of a member. Other companies and normal console access are unaffected.

For what the MCP connection is, see Agents and the API.
