Context, scope and limitations

Check the measurement basis and the business context before treating a finding as a decision.

Read the measurement basis

What this report is based on lists the measurement date, measured AI services, question language, questions with and without company names, samples, recorded attempts and usable answers. If the selected answers span several dates, the period is shown too.

Configured samples are not proof that every planned answer was obtained. Read the usable-answer count and service coverage. AI Overviews can be absent for a query; an absent overview and an answer without a mention are different outcomes.

The report uses completed measurements, not everything the service might answer for every user. It is a snapshot. Small samples limit stability; comparisons over time need comparable questions and AI services. The report does not measure sales or establish why a brand appeared.

Check the business and market context in the app

The current report does not include the old full business-profile and market-description slides. Review Brand, Market and Data for the documents used to plan questions and actions.

Market research is a saved working document, not a live survey of what outside assistants believe. People and agents maintain it after the initial research. Interface language, working-document language and buyer measurement language are separate settings.

If the context is wrong, correct it before accepting new questions or work. Check Prompts and categories for the actual measured set. Context revisions can make a new report available, but do not change an older file or retrospectively remeasure its answers.

Check the question wording, categories, AI services, usable-answer coverage and dates on both reports. Site audits have their own dates. A difference caused by a changed question set should not be presented as a trend for an unchanged sample.

For current metrics use Overview; for the reading sequence return to Your PDF report.
