Danger zone

Delete a brand or an account — and know exactly what goes with it.

Danger zone overview

Everything on this screen is irreversible. There’s no undo, no recycle bin, and support can’t restore what’s deleted.

Deleting is also not the same as cancelling. Cancelling your subscription stops the charges and stops the scans; your data stays. Deleting removes the data. If what you want is to stop paying, see Billing.

How to delete a brand

Delete brand removes that brand and everything attached to it: its prompts and topics, its scan history, its competitors, its site audit, its recommendations and its reports.

  1. Click Delete brand.
  2. Type the brand’s name to confirm.
  3. Confirm.

Only the workspace Owner can do this. Other roles see a note explaining why rather than a disabled button.

If it’s your only brand, deletion is blocked — add another brand first, or contact support to close the whole account.

How to delete your account

Delete account, on Settings → Security, permanently removes your account and its data.

This is the one to reach for when you want everything gone rather than one brand. It can’t be undone.

Good to know Deleting your account is not how you leave a company you were invited to. Ask an Owner or Admin to remove you from the team — see Team members. And an Owner can’t leave at all until ownership has been transferred to someone else.
