How business context works

Drafted once, kept current by your team and agents

Supasaito drafts the first version of your business context from your website and market research. From then on, people and their agents review and edit it — Supasaito does not rewrite it on its own. Analytics, recommendations, briefs and agent tasks read the current version, and Data recommendations point to what needs attention.

01Business context map

Everything Supasaito knows about your business, in one tree

Business, market, channels, funnels and brand book live in one tree of files. Each file opens where it is edited, shows when it was last changed and is marked when it has not been created yet — so you can see at a glance what your team and agents are working from.

  • Five sections, one place

Business, Market, Our channels, Our funnels and Brand book — the same structure for every brand you manage.

  • Age of every file

Files untouched for over 30 days turn amber, over 90 days red, so stale context is visible before it reaches a brief.

  • Documents and data

Written documents sit next to structured data such as the market map, Google search demand and competitor profiles.

02Business and market

Products, customers, evidence and the market you compete in

What you sell and on what terms, who buys and why, the cases and facts you can prove, your current priorities — and how your market works: geography and buyer language, how buyers choose, which Google searches find you and a profile of each competitor.

  • Business documents

Products and purchase terms, Customers and their tasks, Facts and evidence, Current priorities — each says what it is used for.

  • Market research

The market map shows categories, buyer vocabulary and comparison criteria; Google search demand shows what people actually type.

  • Versions with authors

Every save keeps the previous version, whether a teammate or an agent made it, so you can compare and roll back.

03Channels and placements

Where you publish, and the rules for each place

Your site, LinkedIn, X, Note, PR TIMES and Product Hunt come as channel templates with their platform rules; any other place, such as YouTube, can be added as a custom channel. Each channel holds its account details and how you write there, and each placement in it — an article, a post, a press release, a launch — describes its purpose, requirements, how to publish and what to measure. Campaigns use only the placements you have enabled.

04Sales funnels

The path from first contact to purchase

A funnel starts with the activator — the first step you want a potential customer to take: a consultation, a webinar, a trial or a meeting. Later steps are optional. Campaigns are linked to a funnel, so every material knows which next step it supports. Funnels are context for marketing, not a CRM: they do not track leads or conversions.

05Brand book

How you write, what you never claim, and the sources to use

The editorial policy, visual style, public and private sources and an asset library keep the work accurate and consistent in every channel — whoever does it, a teammate, an agency or an AI agent.

Editorial policy

Tone, terms to use and promises to avoid — for example, no prices or lead times your public site does not state.

Visual style

How images and layouts should look in your materials.

Public sources

References that can be cited: certifications, standards, published research.

Private sources

Internal material given as context only: sales notes, price lists, interviews.

Assets

Logos, product and case photos that agents can put into materials.

Tone per channel

“How do we write here?” adds channel-specific rules on top of the brand book.

06Keeping it current

Data recommendations tell you what to update

Context goes stale as products, prices and markets change. Data recommendations flag empty documents, files nobody has reviewed for months, outdated competitor profiles, unconfirmed market settings and new Google search themes. Saving a new version closes the card automatically — whether your team or an agent made the change.

  • Flagged, with the reason

Each card says what is missing or outdated and why it matters for measurements and briefs.

  • Hand it to an agent

An agent connected through MCP can read the document, draft the update and save it as a new version for you to review.

  • Closes itself

Any saved revision of the listed documents resolves the card at the next check.

07Context in every brief and task

No re-briefing for people or AI agents

When a campaign task starts, Supasaito assembles its brief from the current context: brand documents, the channel and placement rules, the linked funnel and the campaign itself. Agents connected through MCP read and update the same documents, and every submission records which versions it was based on.

FAQ

Business context: common questions

What is business context in Supasaito?
Everything Supasaito and your AI agents need to know about your business: products and purchase terms, customers, evidence, priorities, market and competitors, channels and placements, sales funnels and your brand book. It lives in one tree of versioned documents and data.
Who writes it?
Supasaito drafts the first version from your website and market research. After that, your team and the AI agents you connect review and edit it; Supasaito does not rewrite it on its own. Every save is a new version with its author.
How do I know when it is out of date?
The context tree shows when each file was last edited and marks files untouched for more than 30 or 90 days. Data recommendations flag empty documents, stale files, outdated competitor profiles and unconfirmed market settings.
Is a sales funnel a CRM?
No. A funnel describes the path from the first active contact to purchase, so campaigns and materials support the right next step. It does not track leads, events or conversions.
How do AI agents use business context?
Campaign task briefs include the relevant documents automatically, and agents connected through MCP can read and update the same documents. Submissions record which versions the work was based on.
