Proposed actions and next steps
Use the proposed actions to choose work, then manage execution and review in the current app.
Read the proposed order
What to do, in order brings together actions attached to findings and broader brand work. Links lead back to the relevant finding. Short lists highlight technical and context work; they do not reproduce every open recommendation.
A finding’s action can specify an own-site format or external destination. Check the underlying question, evidence and destination before accepting it. A recommendation is not proof of a guaranteed citation, a fixed implementation time or a business outcome.
The closing guidance differs between a Free snapshot and a client report. Continued measurement depends on the account’s plan. A saved PDF does not grant publishing access or bypass quotas and company permissions.
Continue in the app
- Open Recommendations and check that the item is still open and relevant.
- Correct uncertain business context before relying on a brief generated from it.
- Use Content actions to review create, update and external-publication decisions.
- Work through Tasks or Campaigns, following the current execution and review rules.
Set publication dates in the campaign and use its calendar. Publication still takes place through the destination account or website. Recording a URL does not publish content or prove that AI cited it.
Use an authorised assistant
AI agents (MCP) explains connections and permissions. An assistant needs its own authorised connection and access to any external publication destination. The current report is not the old MCP setup slide; use the current connection reference.
Check progress separately
The PDF remains a snapshot after a task is completed. Check current status in the app, verify site changes with audits and compare later AI measurements under comparable conditions. A before-and-after change alone does not prove causation.
