The problem with WordPress

Why teams move off WordPress

Platform instability

WordPress relies heavily on plugins for core functions. Conflicts between plugins can cause errors or take down your entire site — especially during updates — putting conversions, search rankings and client trust at risk.

Security breaches

WordPress sites are frequent hacking targets due to vulnerabilities in the platform and its plugins. Even basic SSL encryption often requires a separate plugin, and outdated versions leave the door open to attackers.

High development & maintenance costs

Constant core and plugin updates, ongoing security checks, and the need for a developer to make even minor changes add up fast. One client paid ¥200,000/month for maintenance — and ¥1,000,000 per new page. After migrating to NoCode, they cut approximately ¥7,000,000 in annual costs.

NoCode platforms

What is a NoCode platform?

NoCode platforms let you build and host websites without writing code or renting a server. A visual interface lets non-technical team members make changes, while the platform provider handles hosting, security and updates automatically.

  • Visual interface for building and editing pages
  • Responsive design for desktop, tablet and mobile
  • Built-in CMS for blogs, news and other content
  • Secure, fast hosting on your custom domain
  • Automatic backups you can restore at any time
  • Web forms for inquiries and newsletter signups
  • Safe integrations with analytics and third-party tools
  • Collaborative workspace with access permissions

What we do

Everything you need for a smooth migration

Website migration

We rebuild your WordPress site on the optimal NoCode platform — with an optional redesign or a one-to-one transfer of your existing design. Blog and CMS content is migrated in full. Analytics and marketing tools are reconnected with no data loss. Your domain stays the same, URL structures are recreated as closely as possible, and 301 redirects are set up where needed.

Onboarding & training

We run live training sessions that walk your team through the new platform and your specific site — recorded for future reference. We also produce custom video manuals covering the updates your team will make most often: adding blog posts, editing text and images, managing menus, and creating new pages from components.

How it works

The migration process

A structured six-step approach that covers everything from kickoff to post-launch.

  1. Analysis & planning

We assess your current site — its complexity, volume, structure, design and functionality — then agree on migration scope, redesign needs and the optimal NoCode platform for your situation.

  2. UI migration

If a design refresh is needed we produce it in Figma first, then build all pages on the chosen NoCode platform.

  3. Data migration

We configure the CMS database to match your existing data structure and migrate all blogs, news and other content.

  4. Redirects, SEO & integrations

We set up 301 redirects, configure per-page metadata and other SEO settings, and reconnect your analytics and third-party tools (Google Analytics, email platforms, CRM, etc.).

  5. Onboarding & training

We conduct live training sessions for your team, provide recordings, and build a video tutorial library for future reference.

  6. Publishing & support

We reconnect your domain to the new site and provide post-launch support for critical fixes and minor changes.

FAQ

Common questions

Can you build the new site from our Figma design?

Yes, we can build the new site directly from your Figma design file.

Will our analytics data be lost?

No. If you use a third-party tool such as Google Analytics, we will reconnect it to the new site and no historical data will be lost.

Do we need to rent a server for a NoCode site?

No. Hosting is provided by the NoCode platform and included in its monthly fee. There is nothing to set up or manage on your side.

Can we still get development help after the migration?

Yes. We offer ongoing support services that include development help and advanced training.

I feel grateful that they do not only flexibly help to build the website and do fixes, but also understand about our business model and marketing. I would say that Supasaito is not a typical "development agency", but a technology partner working together to grow our business. Thank you!
