Discuss this project

We agree scope and fees before work begins.

What we deliver

A defined scope, ready for handover

Workflow and ownership

Map triggers, data sources, outputs and approval points. Define what an agent may do and what stays with a person.

Connected pilot

Implement the agreed workflow using supported APIs, connectors or a scoped custom integration. Test on representative examples before production access.

Review and recovery

Set approval gates, failure notifications, retry rules and a manual fallback. Check output quality, execution cost and handling time against the starting process.

Team handover

Deliver operating instructions, test examples and an owner handover. Agree separately on maintenance after launch.

How we work

Agree, implement, verify

  1. Define the scope

Review the current setup and agree deliverables, responsibilities, access and acceptance criteria before implementation.

  2. Build and review

Work through representative examples, share progress and resolve issues against the agreed criteria.

  3. Launch and hand over

Complete the agreed checks, document known limitations and hand over ownership, instructions and any separately agreed support.

Scope & responsibilities

Tool choice follows the workflow. We assess Supasaito, n8n, Make and AI assistants without assuming that every connector or action exists. Third-party subscriptions, model usage, permissions and ongoing operation are scoped separately. Sales results are not guaranteed.

What to share for an estimate

Share one recurring process, example inputs and expected outputs, the tools involved, monthly volume and the person who will approve the work. These determine the pilot scope and estimate.

Questions before you start

Plan the work with clear expectations

Do we need to switch to Supasaito?

No. We can scope implementation in your existing tools. A Supasaito setup is an option when its available capabilities fit the process.

Will agents publish or contact leads automatically?

Only within explicitly agreed permissions and approval rules. We define review requirements before enabling production actions.
