What decides where my project lands in the range?
Scope — number of pages and templates, custom design and animation, CMS complexity, integrations, and whether content and translation are included. After a short consultation we give you a firm, itemized quote.
Do I need a one-time project or a monthly retainer?
A project builds or migrates your site (a fixed deliverable). A retainer keeps it running and growing month to month — maintenance, SEO, content or AI visibility. Many clients start with a project, then move to a retainer after launch. You can do either, or both.
How long does a project take?
A Basic build is typically a few weeks; a full Pro site or migration is usually one to two months. We confirm the timeline in the proposal before any work starts.
How do I pay?
Stripe (card) or bank transfer, against an invoice. Projects are usually split across milestones; retainers are billed monthly.
Are SEO and AI optimization one-time or ongoing?
Ongoing. Both compound over months — SEO lives in the Growth retainer, and AI visibility (AIO) is a dedicated ongoing program of its own, not a one-time project.
Do you work in both English and Japanese?
Yes. We are a bilingual team and deliver projects, support and content in EN and JA — including localization for entering Japan or expanding abroad.
How much does AIO (AI search optimization) cost?
The AI Visibility Diagnostic is ¥300,000 (one-time) and the AIO Program starts at ¥500,000 / month. Your final quote depends on your industry and how many competitors you have — the best first step is the diagnostic.
What's the difference between the AIO Program and the Growth retainer?
Growth is SEO, conversion (CVR) and operations for your website. AIO is a dedicated program that measures and improves how AI recommends your brand — with its own KPI (share of AI recommendations) and a monthly report. They are compatible and can be combined.
How is AIO different from LLMO, GEO and AEO?
