Launch and hand over
Complete the agreed checks, document known limitations and hand over ownership, instructions and any separately agreed support.
Scope & responsibilities
Implementation fees are separate from platform subscriptions. Custom integrations, new product capabilities, ongoing delivery and additional training are included only when explicitly scoped.
