Dependence on engineers, which is a major risk in full scratch development, was the catalyst for this project. Thanks to the migration to Webflow, operations can now be performed on the client side, and the operation of the service has also become flexible. We provide continuous support for this project even after production has been completed.
Problem
Cocouri is a service originally developed by having engineers to code it. At some point, engineers were unable to continue the project, making it difficult to operate the service. The client wanted to shift to a nocode solution making it easier for them to operate even without engineers.
Process
The project has been divided into several stages.
Design
The existing site was created by engineers rather than designers, so there were many things that could be improved in terms of UI/UX. The design of pages other than the top page has been redesigned. We used Figma to collaborate with the client with an easy-to-use comment functionality which helped us work asynchronically and move fast in design process.
Developement
We initially built page layouts in Webflow. Based on that, the system was built in the next step of system collaboration.

We've implemented the functionality of this site by connecting multiple tools and building a complex system.
Tests
Since it is a complex system, we took a long test period to discover every possible bug and fix it. As a result, we were able to build a highly functional web system with no-code “Webflow.”
After publication
After the release Cocouri moves fast in building its user base and taking advantage of opportunities for collaboration with large players in real estate industry.
