Meet our client – Earthbrain
We recently interviewed one of our biggest clients, Earthbrain, to talk about their experience working with us—and with Webflow. Earthbrain is on a mission to revolutionize the construction industry through digital transformation. In this conversation, we explored why they chose Webflow, how it impacted their workflow, and the improvements we’ve made together over time.
Can you tell us the purpose of your website?
Our business and technology are not yet widely known, so our website plays a key role in helping people understand who we are and what we do. By sharing more about our services and the value we provide, we aim to raise awareness and connect with potential clients who can benefit from our solutions.
Why did you choose Webflow?
Before switching to Webflow, our company used a platform called WordPress. With WordPress, we had to outsource nearly every aspect of the website—even after development. For example, something as simple as updating a banner or tweaking the page layout came with significant costs and delays. These barriers negatively affected both our time and cost efficiency, and made our marketing efforts feel passive and slow.
Switching to Webflow and adopting a no-code approach has been a game changer. We now rely far less on external support and can manage updates internally. This shift in our workflow was a key factor in choosing Webflow—and Supasaito.
While lower costs were certainly a plus, the main reason we made the switch was the ability to bring everything in-house. Webflow is user-friendly, even for non-developers, which means we can make updates quickly and independently. That ease of use has been one of the biggest benefits.
What advantages have you noticed while using Webflow?
As mentioned, the biggest advantage is how easy it is to update and maintain our website. Outsourcing didn’t always meet our expectations—results often fell short and the process was time-consuming. With Webflow, we can make changes ourselves, quickly and efficiently. It’s simplified our workflow significantly.
More specifically, seeing edits in real time and easily integrating third-party tools has been a major plus.
Have there been any changes in how you approach website updates and maintenance?
We now update our website almost every week and plan to do a full renewal once a year. At the moment, we’re working with Supasaito for updates due to a temporary staff shortage on our side.
Is there anything you’d like Supasaito to offer in the future?
We’ve been very satisfied with our collaboration with Supasaito and the services they’ve provided. Their expertise has been essential in helping us build and maintain a strong online presence.
Looking ahead, we’d love for Igor and his team to conduct regular check-ups on our website—perhaps every few months—and share feedback or suggestions for improvement. These expert reviews would help us identify potential issues early and keep performance high.
We’re also hoping to ask Supasaito for support with analytics. Since our internal team is focused on other priorities, it would be incredibly helpful if Supasaito could analyze our Google Analytics data and provide regular reports. These insights would support our decision-making and help drive growth.
We’re excited to explore these possibilities and continue building our partnership with Supasaito.
