Defenitions
The term 'Academy' defines the services provided by us, including but not limited to teaching the use of no-code tools, video lessons for supporting issues with no-code tools, chat support, video mentoring, email newsletter delivery, events, seminars, and more.
'User' refers to individuals who have registered an account on this website.
'Member' refers to our customers who have registered an account on this website and have subscribed to one of the learning plans of the Academy.
'Instructor' refers to our employees or third-party collaborators (external instructors) who provide services for the Academy.
'No-code tools' refer to third-party and in-house product services introduced in the Academy.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, creating an account, and using this website, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Use.
Services
Below are the services provided by our company.
- Provision of Educational Materials
Educational materials created by our company or our partners (individuals or corporations) are provided through listings on this website. - Chat Support
Responses to customer inquiries via the chat tools designated by our company.- Questions we address are limited to those related to the educational materials we provide. We may decline to answer questions on other topics at our discretion.
- Responses to questions will be provided in chat format, video format, or any other format that we deem appropriate.
- We aim to respond to questions as quickly as possible, but there is no specified time frame for responses after a question is submitted.

- Video Call Support
This refers to a consultation session that a member has scheduled using our scheduling tool or through direct communication with an instructor.- Each video call is limited to a maximum of 30 minutes.
- The duration may be extended at the instructor's discretion if necessary.
- Consultations are limited to topics related to our educational materials. For questions unrelated to those materials, the instructor may choose to decline providing an answer.
- Attendance of individuals other than the member who booked the video call requires prior permission from the instructor.
- Recording or taping the video call without prior permission is prohibited.
Subscription and Payment Terms
To utilize Academy services (excluding free services), subscribing to the appropriate plan is necessary.
Subscription methods and starting to use
To subscribe to a learning plan, prior registration of an account is necessary. While logged into your account, access the pricing plans page and proceed to the purchase screen by clicking the 'Purchase' button for your desired plan. Usage of the plan begins upon completion of payment and issuance of a subscription from the payment system.
Contract renewal
You can choose between monthly and annual renewal periods. If payment cannot be made upon contract renewal, service usage may be suspended.
Payment management
Payment processing, payment method information, and billing address information are handled using the payment system 'Stripe.' Members can change/cancel pricing plans, update/change billing addresses, and modify/add/remove payment methods by accessing the Stripe portal (billing settings).
Cancellation
There is no refund for cancellation mid-contract. No cancellation fees are charged for mid-contract cancellations.
User account management
Users must register an account to access the service. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information. Sharing login information with anyone other than the user themselves and using the account with multiple people is prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend a user's account for violations of terms.
User and member conduct
By registering on this site or using the service, users and members agree not to engage in the following actions.
- Threatening others with violence.
- Using hate speech, verbal abuse, harassment, defamation, or obscene language against others.
- Uploading, publishing, or distributing materials that infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy, or other proprietary rights or property of third parties.
- Uploading, publishing, or distributing materials that promote illegal activities, constitute crimes, give rise to civil liability, or potentially violate applicable laws or regulations.

- Uploading, publishing, or distributing materials that are defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, disrespectful, child pornography, aggressive, obscene, or otherwise undesirable.
- Uploading, publishing, or distributing videos, audio, photos, or images of others without their consent (or the consent of their legal guardian if they are minors).
- Using the site to send spam, chain letters, junk mail, or any other type of unsolicited bulk email.
- Distributing viruses or other harmful, destructive files using the site.
- Using or attempting to use another person's account.
- Interfering with or abusing the security of the site, servers, or networks connected to the site.
- Attempting unauthorized access to the site or attempting unauthorized access within the site.
- Impersonating others.
- Making all or part of the site available to other individuals, organizations, or companies, except where explicitly permitted by us.

Our company holds the intellectual property rights to all text, video, or audio-based responses to questions from members or users provided as part of all materials offered and as part of chat support services or video call support. This applies to questions asked by members or users themselves and those made by other members or users within the shared community.
Third-party tools and services
Our materials may demonstrate the use of tools provided by third parties and not managed by us. Therefore, we do not assume any responsibility for discrepancies between the content we present and the actual operation resulting from updates to the tools by third-party providers. Additionally, we do not bear any responsibility for any issues arising from the use of tools provided by third parties.

Cancellation Policy
Users or members can cancel their subscribed plan by accessing the Stripe portal from their account settings. They can also request the deletion of their account. We will fulfill such requests within 30 days and delete user data to an appropriate extent. However, some data, such as purchase history, may remain in the systems of our third-party providers. Additionally, there may be instances where data retention is necessary.
Disclaimer
The user or member agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our company, its officers, directors, employees, members, partners, agents, and suppliers, as well as their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, members, shareholders, partners, and agents, from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way related to the user's or member's use of the site, including but not limited to any breach of this Agreement by the user or member. Our company may, at its sole discretion, assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by the user or member. However, even if our company assumes such defense or control, it does not relieve the user or member of their indemnity obligations.

We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of rights. Users or members understand that they interact with content or services through our website or obtain them through other means at their own discretion and responsibility.
General
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Users or members agree to submit any claims or disputes arising from the use of this website to the courts located in Tokyo, Japan, and to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of such courts. Users or members agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of the use of this website or these terms must be filed within one year after such claim or cause of action arises, or it shall be permanently barred, regardless of any law to the contrary. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and replaced with a new provision that best reflects the intent of the original provision, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
